Roxanne Ray

Located in Houston, Texas, Master Cosmetologist Roxanne Ray founded Personal Affects Salon, LLC. in 1986.  A nationally and internationally recognized artist, Roxanne is also a Master Sisterlocks® Consultant, Master Trainer for Sisterlocks®, a Color Code People Skills Facilitator, and a former educator for Design Essentials, Nioxin, DOME, and Pro Hair Extensions.

Roxanne provides an education forum for both professionals and clients.  For clients, she brings the skills needed to care for natural hair at home.  For professionals, she offers continuing education, sharing the many skills and insight gathered over the years as an owner, stylist, and educator’s point of view.  In addition, many of her hosted events bring both clients and professionals together!
